HPT provides fulltime, 24 hour support 7 days a week to its customers from its Network Operations Center (“NOC”). Our experienced, trained personnel consists of CCNA and CCNP certified RF engineers and IT specialists that monitor all teleport activity and critical equipment, and provide 24 hour on-site video surveillance services. The staff is capable of receiving and installing customer equipment, providing on-going maintenance, performance monitoring, as well as fault identification and service restoration.
